Catch up with old friends and make new ones after the 9:00 and 11:00 services.  You never know what kind of delicious goodies the hard-working ladies of the Fellowship Committee will have ready for you.   It's like having a party every Sunday!

                                

Fellowship Meals

Fellowship meals are held on a monthly basis to give members and friends of Sunrise an opportunity to get to know one another in a casual enviornment. We have everything from pot lucks to ice cream socials! Warmer weather will bring about a new schedule, so be on the lookout for details soon!

Presbyterian Men 

Guys, start off your Thursdays with the Jerry Dillon Men’s Prayer Breakfast at 7:00 am at the church.

Many thanks to the Presbyterian Men's group for providing the entire Sanctuary with brand new pew Bibles!

Presbyterian Women 

Miriam/Naomi Circle meets the second Tuesday of every month at 10:00 am at the church for Bible Study, then enjoy lunch and fellowship at a local restaurant. This year we are using the book "Joshua, A Journey of Faith".

Family Fun Days!

The next Family Fun Day will be June 5th at 3:00 p.m. at Blackbeard's Cove (located on Highway 17 in Mt. Pleasant). Meet us there for fun, games and of course..fellowship! 

Family Fun Days were conceived by our Educational Ministry team and are an opportunity for EVERYONE in the family to have fun together as well as build our church community! We will travel to various local attractions and play, eat, and fellowship with one another! More details will follow in the bulletins on Sundays, or you can always call the church office for more information or with any questions.

 What's coming up in the fall for Sunrise?

We know Sunrise likes to eat and fellowship with one another, so we are bringing a new twist to an old idea! In September, F.E.A.S.T will return.  F.E.A.S.T (Friends eating and sharing together) will take on a new look, with more gatherings happening in restaurants and at the church than at home.  We love fellowship with one another, and small groups are a wonderful way to get to know other members of Sunrise.  Groups will gather each month, at a local restaurant, and have a three to five minute devotional.  Over dinner, groups will enjoy fellowship and conversation with one another.  Are you interested in serving on a coordinating team? Children of all ages will enjoy our Parents' Night Out events every month, as well as our VBS Days! VBS Days are a new way to incorporate fellowship and education with our friends here at Sunrise.  VBS DAYS will take place on School holidays that parents have to work.  Look for information in the August Beacon!
